Dear Yogis & Yoginis
I am really excited to announce that from 25th May, I’ll be offering the Tuesday evening yoga class back in the real world!
As before, the class will start at 6:40pm and end at 7:50pm.
There have been a few changes, one of them being the venue. The class will now take place at the brand new Cricklewood Library which has a really lovely activity room and will make a perfect home for our yoga class.
The room is smaller than our previous room and, in compliance with Step 3 guidance, will hold 9 mats (plus mine) placed at least 1 metre apart. The room also has an excellent ventilation system and windows can be kept open during the session.
For Covid track and trace purposes, the library will need to take down your name and time of arrival. Face coverings must be worn inside the library to access the room (unless you’re exempt) but can be removed once you’re on your mat. Hand sanitizer will be provided.
I will no longer provide equipment, so please bring a yoga mat, and you’ll also find plenty of use for your own yoga block and strap.
As spaces are limited and to avoid cash payments, the class will need to be booked and paid for online.
Classes will be released for booking every Tuesday evening for the following week. If the class is full you can join a waiting list and will be emailed if a space becomes available.
There is a 48-hour cancellation policy, which means that you’ll get a full refund if you cancel the class 48 hours or more before the class starts.
There is free parking after 3pm in nearby Oman Avenue and Anson Road (but not Olive Road) but please ensure you check the signs before parking your car.
Because of the limited spaces available, I’ve had to increase the price of the class to £8 and at least for now, I will not be able to offer discounts for block bookings.
If you would like to join, you’ll find the class on the ClassFit website or the ClassFit app, by searching “Gada Yoga“. Once you book your first class, it will be added to your favourites so should be quicker to access next time.
Please get in touch if you have any questions.
I hope you’ll join me for more of that wonderful stuff called Yoga!
